1. Have experience working with children 
2. Have a childcare or teaching qualification (e.g., ECC) 
3 Have patience and a genuine commitment to working with students with special needs
4. Have 5 O'level (CXC) qualifications INCLUDING English
5. Have a passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
